The house was primarily designed to allow maximum comfort to tenants, a couple + 3
children. The concept chosen for the house is modern and offers functionality and aesthetics for maximum comfort. The house has three levels and includes entry floor, rooms floor and basement equipped with gym and home theater system. The house is a new landmark in Carmel’s’ natural architectural landscape and it uniquely stands out in its surroundings.
Like the rest of the designer’s projects, it sets emphasis on complete customization of the space with full compatibility with the needs of tenants. All the furniture are custom made, as well as the lighting fixtures that create a bright and lightened open-space. “Smart Home” systems were installed, allowing tenants safety and security alongside full control of all of the house’s digital functions.
To provide the children’s rooms a unique design, three-dimensional wallpaper were used, a unique trademark of the designer, which gives the space depth using an image specifically designed for this purpose.
As in other projects of the designer, proper ratio of the elements and materials make the structure a complete architectural creation.
